Sales Agreement

Upon order placed, customer has agreed to this sales agreement. Please read this agreement beforeplacing order.
No Cancellation or Change of Orders or Change of Address
Customer AGREE to pay Full Payment of the items ordered and the charges incurred if you have cancelled or change orders or change of address.
No Refund for Poor Quality
While we aim to deliver the best quality Frozen Seafood but we cannot guarantee the consistency of the quality. Customer AGREE that there is no refund of the order because they are Frozen and the quality is subjected to individual judgement, weather, time and country of origin. We will only refund if we are unable to deliver the orders.
No Refund for Failed Delivery due to Absence of Receiver at the Stated Address or Nobody at Home
While we aim to deliver quality Frozen Seafood to you on time, please ensure that you are at the stated address to receive your order as we are unable to re-deliver your order another day due to quality of the Frozen Seafood might not be fresh and not fit for consumption anymore.
Customer AGREE that there is no refund of order if they did not receive their order due to Absence of Receiver at the Stated Address or simply Nobody at Home reported by the delivery driver.
