Cooking Suggestion:

1. Oven Method

Run cold water over frozen eel, sealed in packet, until packet becomes loose from eel. Open pcket, put sliced eel onto baking pan. Cover and bak in a 180 degree celcius oven for 10-12 minutes. Ready to serve.

2. Microwave Method

Place unopened frozen eel packet on a microwave-safe plate and defrost for about 2 minutes. Pierce holes for steam to escape on top of the packet. Microwave over high power for 3-4 minutes. Open packet and serve on a plate.

3. Boil Method

Put unopened frozen eel packet into boiling water. Boil for about 8-10 minutes. Remove from boiling water, open packet and serve on a plate.

Storage Instructions:

Store frozen at -18 degree celcius to maintain optimal freshness. For best quality and flavor, consume within 3 months of purchase.
